Waterman Tecsar safety / project leads document all relevant information in preparation for Huddles. Scheduling and Planning Engineering Field Service (EFS) with selected personnel, projected site conditions, activity in the field and shared learnings supports CI within our overall safety program.

Documenting all EFS Tasks with corresponding Hazard ID #s provides structure to Rank each Risk (High, Moderate, Low) whereby Moderate and High Risk activities require full Risk Analysis and Client inclusion to mitigate and accept prior to proceeding.

When field activity is high and project schedules / budgets are tight, safety will not be compromised. Waterman Tecsar’s Safety Huddle procedure ensures informed decisions and acceptable mitigated risks are the foundation of our Engineering Field Services (EFS).
